Added DSK version

The ZX Spectrum +3 DSK version was not easy to create: this game has a custom loader because it didn't fit with all the custom font, numbers, and AY effects and music in 48K, and it needed to use at least one of the 128K banks.

Using them has become easier since I created this game and z88dk already has easy methods for banking, but FX is managed mostly from IM2 interruption, which is the only way to control speed in the ZX spectrum: by attaching your time to the CRT ray beam.

I had to sacrifice the custom fonts in order to be able to generate this DSK without banking and leave headaches for another time. I'll request for some help so it might have a later release in the future.
